Our little farm / homestead is filled with natures bounty. We are very blessed to have so much grow. We have guava trees, sour sap trees, passion fruit vines, almond trees, sour orange trees, mango trees, a cherry tree, plantain trees, a moringa tree, avocado trees, an annatto tree, yuca plants, bonaito plants, and coconut trees. In addition to this we always have wonderful large eggs from our ducks. Our chicken still have not laid any eggs and our sheep and goat are just now ready to be mated. So hopefully soon we will have milk and kids. We are blessed there is always something in season. I think the key is learning how to preserve what you have so that you also have some when it is not in season. That way you are not going crazy trying to figure out new ways to eat them.
