The Surplus

     So what do you do with your surplus? We like to give away or even trade with our surplus. You can't stop nature and sometimes every comes in all at once. You know what I mean if you have lots of the same kinds of trees or plants. At some point I simply do not want any more guavas... So we clean out our trees and give them out by the bags to family, friends, and neighbors. We even save some for our convenience store clerk and trash people. Boy are they ever so grateful. I will confess it is a lot of work picking, pulling, washing, and bagging everything but it is a much better thing to do than simply let them fall and rot on the ground. If you know anything about farming is that it comes with its share of rate and rodents which love rotting fruits.
